「GLOBAL JEJU 100」은 제주에 거주하거나 제주와 인연을 맺고 있는 다양한 사람들의 목소리를 기록하고, 제주의 가치와 미래에 대한 생각을 국내외에 소개하기 위한 인터뷰·미디어 프로젝트입니다. 인터뷰 과정에서 사진, 영상, 음성 및 인터뷰 내용이 기록될 수 있으며, 해당 자료는 기사, 영상, SNS, 홈페이지, 인쇄물, 전시, 행사 및 프로젝트 관련 콘텐츠 제작에 활용될 수 있습니다.

GLOBAL JEJU 100 is an interview and media project that documents the voices of people who live in or have meaningful connections with Jeju, and shares their perspectives on Jeju's identity, values, and future with audiences in Korea and around the world. Photographs, video, audio, and interview content may be recorded and used for project-related articles, videos, social media, websites, printed materials, exhibitions, events, and other media content.

편집 및 가공 / Editing — 기사 및 콘텐츠 제작 목적상 인터뷰 내용, 사진, 영상 및 음성은 원래의 취지를 중대하게 왜곡하지 않는 범위에서 길이 조정, 편집, 번역, 자막 삽입, 디자인 및 형식 변환 등이 이루어질 수 있습니다. / For editorial and production purposes, interview content, photographs, video and audio may be shortened, edited, translated, subtitled, designed or reformatted, provided that the original meaning and intent are not materially distorted.

이용 매체 및 지역 / Media and Territory — 동의한 콘텐츠는 대한민국을 포함한 전 세계에서 온라인 및 오프라인 매체를 통해 공개·배포될 수 있습니다. / Approved content may be published and distributed through online and offline media in Korea and internationally.

보상 / Compensation — 별도의 사전 합의가 없는 경우 본 프로젝트 참여 및 촬영자료 이용에 대해 별도의 출연료 또는 사용료가 지급되지 않음을 확인합니다. / Unless separately agreed in advance, I understand that no appearance fee, royalty or other compensation will be paid for participation or use of materials created through this project.

동의 철회 및 문의 / Withdrawal and Inquiries — 향후 촬영자료 및 인터뷰 콘텐츠의 추가 이용에 대한 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 다만 철회 요청 이전에 이미 공개·배포된 기사, 인쇄물, 영상, SNS 게시물 등은 기술적·현실적 사유로 모두 회수하기 어려울 수 있습니다. 향후 신규 이용 또는 재게시와 관련된 요청은 프로젝트 운영기관과 협의할 수 있습니다. / You may request withdrawal of consent for future use. Materials already published or distributed before the request may not always be fully recoverable. Requests concerning future or renewed use may be discussed with the project organizers.

수집·이용 목적 / Purpose — GLOBAL JEJU 100 인터뷰 대상자 관리, 인터뷰 진행, 기사 및 콘텐츠 제작, 사실관계 및 이름·소속 확인, 프로젝트 관련 연락, 콘텐츠 발행 및 프로젝트 기록·아카이브 관리. / To manage participants, conduct interviews, produce articles and media content, verify names, affiliations and factual information, contact participants regarding the project, publish content, and maintain project records and archives.

수집 항목 / Information Collected — 성명, 국적 또는 출신지역, 직업 및 소속, 제주와의 관계 또는 거주 관련 정보, 인터뷰 내용, 서명 및 동의 여부 / 전화번호, 이메일 주소, SNS 계정 또는 웹사이트 / (별도 동의 시) 사진, 영상, 음성. — Name, nationality or place of origin, occupation and affiliation, connection to or residence in Jeju, interview responses, signature and consent status; phone number, email address, social media account or website; and, with separate consent, photographs, video and audio recordings.

보유 및 이용기간 / Retention — 프로젝트 운영 및 아카이브 목적이 지속되는 기간 동안 보유·이용하며, 정보주체가 삭제를 요청하거나 보유 목적이 종료된 경우 관련 법령 및 정당한 보존 필요성을 검토한 후 지체 없이 파기합니다. 연락처와 이메일 등 운영용 연락정보는 필요성이 종료된 후 파기하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다. / Retained for the period necessary to operate and archive the project; deleted without undue delay on request or when the purpose ends, after considering applicable legal or legitimate retention requirements. Contact information will generally be deleted when no longer necessary.

공개 범위 / Publication — 동의에 따라 성명 또는 활동명, 국적 또는 출신지역, 직업 및 소속, 인터뷰 내용, 사진·영상 중 일부가 공개될 수 있으며, 전화번호·개인 이메일 등 연락처는 별도의 명시적 동의 없이 공개하지 않습니다. 공개된 콘텐츠는 인터넷, SNS, 해외 미디어 플랫폼 등을 통해 대한민국 외 지역에서도 열람될 수 있습니다. / With your consent, your name or preferred public name, nationality or place of origin, occupation and affiliation, interview statements, and photographs and video may be published. Phone numbers, private email addresses and other contact details will not be publicly disclosed without separate explicit consent. Published content may be accessible outside the Republic of Korea.
